Did you know Anderson County Schools has its very own Bob Ross? 🎨 Meet Norris Elementary School art teacher Alison Greenhouse — better known to ACTV viewers as Mrs. GHouse!

With her creativity, enthusiasm, and gift for making art fun and approachable, Mrs. GHouse has become a familiar face through “Art Class with Mrs. GHouse” on ACTV. Much like Bob Ross inspired generations to pick up a brush and create, Mrs. GHouse takes students and families step by step through art projects they can do right at home while watching along.

Now, she is beginning Season 5 of her online and television show!

Over the years, viewers have learned a wide variety of techniques through episodes featuring projects like Watercolors, Watercolors & Markers, Salt Dough Clay, Acrylic Paint, Image Transfers, Tempera Paint, Oil Pastels, Coffee Filter Art, Negative Space Watercolors, Leaf Art, Fall Cards, Life Masks, Symmetry, POSCA Cityscapes, Scratch Art, Maker Prints, Collage, Tissue Paper Transfers, Self Portrait Transfers, Needle Felting, Pastel Bunnies, Oil Pastel Pumpkins, and Painting with Markers.
