APPLICATION FOR FREE OR REDUCED MEALS

Please click on the application and household letter below to print each one. Fill out the application with all required information. You can return it to school, bring it to our office or fax it to: 865-457-2290. If the application is returned to school, the processing can take longer. To expidite processing, please bring it to our office or send by fax.

SNAP INFORMATION

The Department of Human Services accepts Applications for SNAP Benefits online. Students that receive SNAP, qualify for school meals at no cost. 

For your convenience we are providing the link to the Department of Human Services Website where you can apply for those benefits. Any questions regarding that process must be directed to the Department of Human Services.
