The State of Tennessee has two retirement plans, which are based on your participation date in the TCRS system. This date could be your start date with Anderson County Schools as a full-time employee, or your start date as a full-time employee with another employer who participates in the State of Tennessee’s retirement plan.

For any employee who was hired before July 1, 2014; you will be on the Legacy Plan. To view the highlights of this plan, you can click here
