District Attorney Clark & Sheriff Barker visit ACS schools to speak to students about school safety

Today, District Attorney Clark and Sheriff Barker visited several schools to engage with our students about the serious consequences of making threats of violence towards individuals and educational institutions. Sheriff Barker emphasized the gravity of these actions and the resources mobilized in response to false reports.

Both officials stressed the importance of vigilance: if you see or hear something suspicious, please report it. They also highlighted the dangers of fabricating stories for humor or to mislead others.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to District Attorney Clark and Sheriff Barker for their time and dedication to fostering a safe school environment. Tomorrow, they will continue their outreach by visiting additional schools to address more students.
